Dark brown tapaderos

Tapaderos or hooded stirrups prevent your foot from slipping through the stirrup. Also, they prevent brush from poking through causing injury and provide protection in cold weather.

Details:

A tapadero or "hooded stirrup" is a leather cover over the front of a stirrup on a western saddle that closes each stirrup from the front. A tapadero prevents the rider's boot from slipping through and prevents brush from poking through, injuring or impeding the horse or rider. Some designs can also provide protection.

Other colors are available on request, as well as matching design from a saddle.
