Returns Policy

At James Built Saddlery, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unused condition.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary based on the destination and the complexity of the custom order. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched from our workshop.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed are in CAD. Due to the custom nature of our saddlery work, prices are subject to change based on materials requested and labor involved. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days.
